环境：RAC+单机 Dataguard
问题：启动DG备库到mount阶段，启动MRP进程后，发现后台日志不打印归档传输信息，另外备库日志打开ARC1: Becoming the 'no FAL' ARC

2、在备库中查询查询状态如下，其中有后台日志报错信息
