参照上文，修改mount参数如下：

问题成功解决！

另外，在网上查到资料，还可以使用如下方式解决

1：设置事件10298 level 32

alter system set event='10298 trace name context forever,level 32' scope=spfile;

重新启动数据库后生效.

2：打补丁:5146667
