Two fixes required:
1)
vi external/gtest/src/Android.mk

Add '-fpermissive' to lines 52 and 70 (both lines contain same info)
LOCAL_CFLAGS += -O0 -fpermissive

2)
vi external/gtest/include/gtest/internal/gtest-param-util.h

Add '#include ' to list of includes as shown:
