我们公司的code review包括两种，一种是Continuous Code Review (Light weight review) 一种是Formal Code review
Continuous Code Review (Light weight review) –Not planned –Conducted informally (not by a meeting) –Normally involve two people –Fix the defects on-line otherwise record and track defects closed –Process pattern : continuous code review (Tailor)
Formal Code Review –Formally planned –Conducted by a formal meeting (in the meeting room) –Involve at least 3 people –Roles & responsibility (moderator, reader, inspector, recorder, QA) –Use review report to tracking defects and record data –Process Pattern : continuous code review, formal review process
