编译工具VC2012 Express。
需先下载boost库，我使用boost _1_51_0。
1、编译boost
运用bootstrap.bat，生成b2.exe。
运行b2.exe，生成boost库文件。
2、编译thrift thrift版本0.8.0
使用vc2012打开\thrift-0.8.0\lib\cpp\thrift.sln，添加项目的boost路径，编译。
