判定VC6安装了SP6

Project-> Add to project -> components and controls 在 Components and Controls Gallery 对话框中选择 Registered ActiveX Controls 看里面的控件，如果安装过sp6的话会有显示 比如里面的 Microsoft ListView Control 6.0 (sp6)
