一直找不到原因，后来在网上偶然找到个帖子说了这样一个情况，试了下，果然有效
[oracle@Allen adump]$ ps -ef |grep smon
oracle 2479 1 0 02:52 00:00:00 ora_smon_allen
oracle 27854 1 0 08:43 00:00:00 ora_smon_prod
oracle 27946 27885 0 08:48 pts/6 00:00:00 grep smon
[oracle@Allen adump]$ kill -9 27854
再用sqlplus登陆，就可以了。
