Job Description for Java Lead Developer
As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding legacy system design, migrating COBOL based system to J2SE based architecture and provide related design documents. You’ll work closely with Sr. Lead developer and QA members. Your goal is to migrate the legacy system to a J2SE based architecture.

Job Responsibilities
Analyze existing system and deliver system requirement document;
Design software system / solution for a given requirements;
Hands on development skills (coding, debugging);
Lead the team to design and develop a dedicated module.

Job Qualifications for Senior Level Java Developer
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in computer science or related field
Have at least 4 years solid Hands on design/development experience, solid knowledge in Java/J2SE;
Knowledge of JDBC, SQL, XML, Unit Test, SOA, ESB, JMX,;
Familiar with Oracle DB and PL/SQL
Understand SDLC and have practical experience in continuous integration, familiar with Maven;
Have multi-thread design/development experience;
Have experience in leading a team;
Good command in speaking, reading and writing English;
Have at least 1 year JMS, IBM MQ Series experience;
Have at least 1 year Web Service develop experience.
Having experience in distributed caching system design / implementation is a plus
Have experience in Websphere Message Broker is a great plus
