Programming skills in Java
Experience on the open source framework, such as SSH (structs, spring, and hibernate)
Database Experiences – DB2, oracle, or SQL server
e-Commerce (online shopping, B2B, B2C websites)
Self-motivated, fast learner and good flexibility
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication & team work skills

Optional
Knowledge or experience in Web Services, XML, SQL
Web application development skill will be an added advantage (JSP, JSF, Ajax)
Knowledge about Eclipse Plug-in development.
Good in English writing, listening and speaking
Familiar with software development tools and processes. Good Understanding of UML and software modeling
