Job summary
Join our fast growing, highly motivated QA team as an Assistant Manager. You will be a part of a high-achieving team, serve as an assistant and backup to QA Manager and work closely with the team to ensure and improve the quality of our product, including front-end applications, back-end systems as well as user experience.
Responsibilities
Assist QA Manager to lead a test team of 10-15 testing engineering to ensure and improve the quality of our software products
Implement the software test plans, test schedule and monitor the progress and work flow to ensure the test plan/schedule is executed in a timely and proper manner
Assist to monitor resource and test activities, prioritize work consistent with test plans/schedule
Work as a liaison between QA team and Engineering / Helpdesk / Sales team, potentially work as a consultant to help other team to resolve their system quality issues
Execute routine QA works, such as analyzing business requirements, developing test plans and use cases for certain module and test execution
Serve as a backup to QA Manager when the Manager is absent
Assist to monitor the team members’ performance / progress, and report the team issues and provide expertise consultation to the QA Manager
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or related with at least 3 years experience in software Quality Assurance
- Above 2 year technical management experience in IT /software company
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous tasks
- Proven problem solving skill with strong sense of responsibility
- Self-motivate and a good team player
- Good command of English (CET4)
- Knowledge of Java and object oriented design or Oracle DB/MS SQL is preferred.
- Experience with ERP/CRM software is a plus
- Willing to put in long hours as needed
02 Software QA Engineer

Responsibilities:
Write test plans and test cases.
Manually execute QA tests using black box testing.
Track defects and work with the project team to ensure the defect are correctly resolved.
Participate in the review and analysis of business requirement and software design documents.
Collaborate with project team on development and customer issues. Lead the effort to ensure appropriate testing.
Provide system support to clients including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Ensure repairs and changes are adequately tested.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, with CET4 or equivalence.
2 or more years experience in requirement analysis, software testing, or development.
Proven ability to turn requirement specification into carefully designed test plan and test case.
Commitment to shipping a high quality software product is a must.
Familiarity with software development process, software QA, and testing methodologies.
A fast learner with stellar problem solving skills and communication skills.
